N.Chaitanya babu filed complaint against Flipkart on Jun 8, 2023
I received a product today afternoon and i was asked to pay cash on delivery , i paid on Google pay thinking that some one in my house would have ordered, after seeing the product i realised that no one in our house have ordered that product so I checked in my flipkart app to return the product however my account was not showing any orders so I called the customer care three times , they are claiming that since it's cash on delivery they don't have details of person who has ordered it , i have not ordered it but they are claiming that refund will happen only if the person who has ordered should do it , what should I do now,. Flipkart claims that they can give details of person who has ordered , my money has gone they are not ready to help me get the refund.
