Flipkart - Product delivered with tampered seal

*. I have ordered for iPhone ** mini vide order ID "OD******************".

*. The product was delivered on ** Oct **. However, the item seal was found to be tampered. Therefore, I have placed a request for replacement along with images vide return ID No ********************. But the same was rejected by the seller telling me to contact the brand. How can brand be responsible for the product with a tampered seal? I have not purchased the product directly from the brand. Its the responsibility of the seller to check the seal before delivering it to the customer. And Flipkart is responsible to take necessary actions against such sellers. Its clear evident by the images shared that the seal is tampered. Therefore, My request for replacement can not be rejected without proper reason. I also took a video during the delivery.
