I have purchased a wardrobe costing **** from pepperfry.com. Nothing was mentioned in the description of the inner wood plates and back wood of the wardrobe. Only it was mentioned that the product will be of complete plywood and what I have received is a small wardrobe which I can use as bookshelves. The back side block of wardrobe is a just a paper wood sheet and it is of low quality and fixed using cello tape. The inner compartments of the wardrobe were inserted over small metals which are inserted in holes and there are useless holes in it. The wardrobe lesser in size as displayed over the website. The website states that after purchase it have * days return policy but while placing return request Pepperfry denying to take the request and saying that the product is as per specifications. The manager Kalpesh spoke very unprofessionally and he just skipped the call saying that I will be receiving a call from there which is a lie.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
