I had ordered a memory card with adapter on *th Oct ****. They sent me the memory card without adapter on *th oct. Also the memory card is not working. I requested for replacement on **th oct and the seller also approved the replacement and the date for replacement was fixed on **th oct. On **th oct, I got a message that it would be replaced on **th. Same message was received on **th oct stating new date as **th oct, and again on *nd nov. Finally on *rd nov, they cancelled my replacement. I talked to them and again they said that it would be replaced in few days. Whenever I talk to them, I get the same reply "please wait for few more days". The dates given by them have been breached everytime. I asked for refund of my money but they did not refund the money also. Now it has been more than * month for a mere replacement or refund. They are just torturous. Please help me in getting refund of my money.
