On a Face book advertisement of Ultrasonic Rat, Mosquito & Pest Repellent by Smashing Commerce, I online ordered ** no. Ultrasonic Rat, Mosquito & Pest Repellent @ Rs ***.**. The same was delivered on **/**/****. The said item is totally different from advertisement and making unbearable sound. There is no procedure defined to return the item. I tried to lodge a complaint on wwww.consumercomplaints.in, there I came to know the customer Success Manager addressed her/his name Ankita Ahuja, Ankita Gupta and so on where as I got Ankita Negi mobile no.+************. There is no any user manual or description supplied with the product. I feel cheated & wants my money back. Thanks
