On july ** i purchased pest control product, and compny claiming that after use device mosquitoes and rat will disappear but till date nothing happened and they offer **-day satisfaction guarantee.I mail them several times for refund but they still saying use it its very effective. They advertise different product and send me different product my order id is #**D*NFHV*F please help me regarding this
