Goshoppo.in - Product delivered is not the one ordered

Company had delivered a product of lower quality than the one ordered and is not responding to my queries for replacement or refund .
I received the product on **th January and contacting them since then through mails, earlier replies came as they are looking at the issue, but after few days there were no replies
