Purchased a handset, cancelled it and asked to refund which they agreed on email. So I placed an order for a better model and ultimately. I never got anything. They don't take my calls, don't reply. Its * months now. I paid on **th Jan **** last (online payment-razor pay).
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
