Vastrova - Product delivered differs from image on website

I ordered a lehenga from Vastrova.com and paid ₹ ****/- by cash.
Lehenga delivered to me differs from the image shown on website at the time of purchase.
Product shown in image is heavy looking lehenga and the product delivered to me is simply printed lehenga with plain choli piece. They have cheated the customers by keeping fake images of product. Also they delete the true reviews of customers from Instagram and website and write fake reviews to further cheat customers.
On complaining Vastrova via email, they replied that a nominal charge of ₹ *** will be charged for returning the product which is not mentioned in their return policy and balance will be refunded in Vastrova wallet. They are clearly cheating customers and so I dont trust Vastrova anymore and do not want my refund in Vastrova wallet. I want my full amount refund in bank account or cash. Hope you are helpful to me in some manner!
