Paytm Mall - product damaged

I ordered a Portable ****P ***x*** Resolution WiFi LED Projector from paytm mall. I received it as damaged and not working state and I placed return. The paytm delivery boy taken the product but on that midnight I received the message as pickup canceled. And I called delivery boy through mobile but he didn't lift the call. And I raised a request with paytm. But they are not responding and not returning the money. Paytm is telling we are not responsible for the product. I am fed up with paytm. I called many times to paytm customer care. They are not lifting the cal. Order ID: **********
