I have ordered a real fruit tetra pack juice. I received a sealed product with no leakage but it is full of dust and sticky stains. Since there is no leakage, the Swiggy team is refusing to offer a refund. But, I feel very uncomfortable touching it or opening and drinking it.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
