We bought * children's beds from Pepperfry.com during the Diwali mega sale for **** Rs for which we got the ORDER Confirmation with PHOTO of the BED and invoice mentioning the product name and code. Because of unique bed size, we bought custom made mattresses for **** Rs. which is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Pepperfry.com sent side tables instead. When we alerted them that they have sent the wrong product, they picked it up and told us to call customer service again.
Customer service asks how can we get beds so cheap. We told them we bought it during the mega Diwali sale. The agent told us somebody will call us in ** hours. Instead of calling, the same night they sent us an email saying they are canceling the order due to SUPPLIER QUALITY issues. Then we got another email saying they are processing refunds because of WRONG PRODUCT.
We called them numerous times and emailed them many times but nobody responds to us. They processed our refund and closed the matter. Our children are still sleeping on the floor and when our parents visited they too had to sleep on the floor!
WE DONT WANT A REFUND. WE NEED THE BEDS as we have bought the mattresses and we placed the order for the RIGHT PRODUCT. The proof is their order confirmation with a photo of the product and name of the product.
We want the beds and not the refund or Pepperfry to need to compensate us for the cost of the beds as per their website and the cost of the mattresses which comes to **,*** Rs.
Christmas is coming and we again have family visiting and we need this resolved before that.
