Flipkart - Product Cancelled

I am trying to buy a laptop from Flipkart but they are cancelling my order after booking it.... They have already cancelled my ordered twice ..... Once they even bought the product and my house and as the product was in exchange. They found the some minor fault in the product and asked me to pay certain amount, I was ready to pay the amount but as there was showing two amount in the system. They said the backend team is not picking the call and I will call tomorrow and let you know the amount and give you the product but next day in the morning * clock they cancelled my order. And after that they are continuously cancelling my order successfully being placed and amount getting deducted. Kindly help me resolve the issue.
