I had ordered Vivo T* *gb/***gb on Flipkart during their sale on **th Dec for Rs/-***** and paid online through Hdfc Credit card. The order was supposed to be delivered on **th Dec but the order delivery status was still "Order confirmed - Item waiting to be picked up by courier partner"
So later they postponed the delivery date to **th December. I kept on contacting the Flipkart support through their Twitter handle and their customer service number and they just kept giving me fake assurances and told me to keep patience and that the order will be delivered on or before **th December. and Today seller cancelled the product without any of consent of mine so i was harashed and dissapointed by flipkart.
I called the Flipkart customer service Today after the order cancellation by the seller and they disagreed to give me any sort of compensation or to deliver me the mobile at the same offer price that i had bought it for. They told me to reorder it at the current price which is ₹***** on Flipkart. This is unacceptable, i had already bought it for ₹***** on **Dec during the sale and cancel the order from their side and tell me to reorder at a higher price.
