Jio Mart Digital - Product Cancelled but Refund not received

I had placed an order for a OnePlus **R *G on the **th of May'**, which costed around Rs.**,***which I cancelled the same day as I wanted a different colour.

At that point I had purchased the product on No Cost EMI, which was to come out directly from my savings account.

On the **th of Jun'** at *:**pm an EMI of Rs.****.** was debited from my account, which on calling the bank they confirmed that this was an EMI from Jio Mart. They told me to speak to customer service of Jio Mart,I called up Jio Mart customer service,they told me that only the bank can cancel the EMI.

I called the bank and cancelled the EMI and within *hrs, Rs.**,***.** was debited. The bank said that only Jio Mart can refund the amount.

I called up customer care and even wrote emails to them but they stated I need to get intouch with the Bank.

As per any e-commerce platform the refund is given by the Merchant and not the Bank, which the Bank customer manager confirmed.
