Jio Mart Digital - My order not delivered but they are showing it delivered

I ordered from jio Mart app they have divided my order in * part , * part they have been delivered in which it includes * items and rest ** items were in third slot, but the * slot I have not yet received but they show as delivered now no one is listing and I got irritated a lot I tried to call but no answer, messages, email no one is responding only system save message I received i which it says this is beyond my control
Please solve my problem aur refund my money I need my grocery items they are of daily use items, so please solve my issue
