SHOP CLUES - Product cancellation is not done and return not intiated

I ordered an Apple iPhone * - ***GB on Shopclues.com on Jan **th. The product was supposed to be delivered by Wed ** Jan. After few days, I got information that there will be a delay in delivering the product. I spoke to customer care to cancel the product since I want the product on the desired date. They informed that order cannot be canceled since it is already in shipping state. I can either turn down the product when it is getting delivered or initiate the return after delivery. When I was not at home, without calling the official number registered for this order, the delivery guy delivered it to a labor at my home. It was delivered on Jan **st. Since then I've been trying to initiate a return and get my money back. Shopclues customer care executives have no idea what they are speaking. They tell some stupid reason and inform me everytime that they have marked the complaint and I'll get an email from concerned team. No response so far.
