Hdfc Hoam Loan - Processing Fee Refund

Hi Team, I have enquired for Home Loan Balance Transfer from SBI Bank to HDFC. It happened during the last week of June and i got a call back from one of the HDFC Executive and he helped me in reviewing my Balance Transfer request and confirmed that i will be eligible for Home Loan Balance Transfer as well as Home Loan Topup. Adding to this, he also advised to Transfer my existing Mortgage Loan in LIC-HFL. Based on his assurance, i applied four different Loan Request on *rd July **** as given below,

File No. ********* - Housing Loan Balance Transfer for ** Lakhs
File No. ********* - Housing Laon Topup for ** Lakhs
File No. ********* - Mortgage Loan transfer for **.* Lakhs
File No. ********* - Mortgage Loan transfer for *.* Lakhs

That executive was constantly in touch with me and following up to pay the Processing Fee of Rs.**** for the * Loan Request. Based on his confirmation that i would be getting the loan, i paid Rs.**** for the * Loan request. A week later, i got a call from HDFC verification department (not sure if the department name is right) and he informed that my Loan cannot be processed as i didn't meet the eligibility creteria. I explained him that i have applied for Loan only after confirming with the HDFC executive by submitting all documents and asked him why it is getting rejected. He informed that i didn't meet the eligibility and the executive who spoke with me wouldn't have the updated Policy details. I told him that after they confirmed, i paid the Processing fee and requested him to atleast refund it. He assured that he will refund the Processing fee for * loan request and hold Processing fee for one Loan request. However, it was almost ** days and i haven't received the refund of my Processing fee. Whenever i send a mail, it was not responded Properly. I sent * followups and only got a reply stating i shall be updated on the status. I was expecting the Procesing fee for * of my Loan request but now i would need the refund of the entire amount of Rs. ****, that i have paid. Kindly help me in getting the refund. Thanks.
