Sumedha dev filed complaint against Hdfc Hoam Loan on Dec 29, 2021
I got apporval for ** lakh home loan and paid **% to the builder as per terms and conditions. *st disbursement was done for approx Rs. * lakh. This is under contruction building RERA approved. Now builder sent second installment but HDFC bank refused to disburse the amount and stated that constrution site is not up to the mark. Builder asked to pay approx *.* lakh and bank approves only *.* lakh. To add on this I am already paying EMI to the bank for the first payment and now they are asking me to pay from my pocket. After multiple emails, thy are not listening to me. They eaelier said amount will be disbursed as per builder notice, now they want me to pay to the builder when i already paid my part and also paying emi to them. Please help else it can create mental trauma
