Fast Finance - Processing charge deducted

I applied for a loan amount of Rs. ***** and then they transferred the amount to the wallet. But when I have tried to transfer this amount to my bank account they asked for a processing charge of *% and then I have paid *% processing fees. Thereafter I am trying to transfer the amount to my account same notification is showing as "I have to pay *% processing fee." Kindly assist me with this.
