Fast Finance - Loan not disbursed

I filled all my details on the app and then they approved the loan amount of * lakhs and then they charge *% processing fee which I have paid but still, they are not replying me. Please check this as it seems fake and I have just applied for a loan but not reviewed correctly the app.
