I have booked a hotel through Makemytrip in Goa on **-** Feb. Based on the online description provided by MakeMyTrip I booked this hotel as it was shown as a *.*-star property. However, my ordeal started before even checking in the hotel on ** evening. Following were the issues about which I have informed MakeMyTrip through phone and email (all proofs can be sent on request). Below points escalated to MakeMyTrip already.
*- Ambience look and overall experience of the hotel are not in line with what they have shown in pics.
*- There was very loud music in the hotel so that it can be heard *** meters from the hotel. ** I can send you video on what's app ** Videos not going over mail due to its size.
*- Room linen was not properly cleaned.
*- No fridge, no kettle, no glasses, in the room.
** Pics of empty cabinet attached
*- Hotels lift has " very cheap and lewd comments", highly disgraceful as we do travel with our family.
Overall this hotel is nowhere close to a * - * star rating that the team has given. This is not acceptable from MMT. I want my full refund now.
