Honda Bike - Problem not yet rectified

I have brought Honda Activa *G from SRK Honda showRoom in January ****. After the first service onward we are having the starting problem. I mentioned in the *, *, *... etc services about this starting trouble. They serviced the vehicle and charged the battery and delivered the vehicle stating that the starting problem has rectified. After the few days, the same problem persists now it suddenly stops on the road or signal while decreasing the speed. This time I have the worst experience of buying Activa *G. At present, I have admitted the vehicle at the showroom for the same complaint (**.**.**). The problem still continues. I have no other way to expect to knock the doors of consumer court.
