Honda Bike - Bike servicing issue

I gave my activa for servicing at Tansi Honda Marathalli, Bangalore some weird sound was coming while driving, after inspecting, the technician said the body has to be repaired then the problem will be fixed. Once I got the delivery the same issue was still there, then I called the coordinator and mentioned the issue. He asked me to bring the vehicle, again I visited the second time he said some clutch issue was there and it's fixed. I got my vehicle and facing the same issue and went for the third time. Now they are telling the issue is generic and can't be fixed. I just got frustrated if it's a generic issue why at first instance they didn't tell me and rather charged for fixing the issue, this is complete harassment. They don't care about customer issue, I have to bear with this. No idea how many times have to follow up with them.
