Loreal Paris - Privilege card services not provided

I met a field manager from loreal Paris promoting their services on */*/**** at virk hospital karnal where he issued a card to me worth rupees *** and provided a privilege card to me , stating that I have to pay *** extra amount on my first visit to famcy salon karnal ,I paid that too and availed only * services at salon .after some months in September salon owner started not to pick up calls then I called the field manager and he said others are also facing this problem he will enquire about it ,again when I tried to contact the manager he also didn't answer call and fraud has been done
