Loreal paris - Missing product and one wrong product

I order loreal hyaluronic acid serum and loreal paris innovation hyaluronic acid plumping cream day...with which one face lifting guasha was free as gift and one nivea lip balm in shade berrtbut instead i recieved only one lip balm , my order payment was prepaid... and the box was almost empty , kindly look into this, it has been more than a week of continuous complaint .
