HariHaran filed complaint against Hdfc Bank on Sep 30, 2019
I had used the priority pass provided by HDFC bank at Kozhikode during my international travel during the month of April'** and while using the card I was told it was free and no charges. To my surprise I have noticed they have charged overall Rs ****.** ( Inclusive taxes ) in my September credit card statement after a gap of * months. When I asked to reverse the fee since it was free they mentioned I am only supposed to use the Visa regalia card in India and not Priority pass, if that was the case why it was not informed in the lounge it will be chargeable. Secondly why is this bill coming to my statement after five months. this is a very huge amount to me and if the same was mentioned I would not have utilized the lounge, need the money back. Please help
