ICICI - Primary Card holder debt on secondary card holder cibil report

Good Afternoon!!
The primary card holder for ICICI Bank credit card has passed away on **/**/****. I have informed ICICI Bank multiple times by providing the death certificate and to do the needful. Myself, who had add-on card and whose credit bureau info has the above derogatory account. My credit is being impacted with out my fault. As per RBI regulations, the primary holder holds the full responsibility. I have contacted ICICI over the phone and email to remove the account from my cibil and equifax report as it's illegal. The executives are not resolving the issue and intentionally hanging up the phone and as well as not answering my queries.

the bank is charging me emi for two transactions which i had returned and now they are telling me that i have to either pay **** rs to foreclose or i need to continue giving the emi which i have not taken.
