ICICI - Charging more penalty for Cash Depositing in Cash depositing machine

I have deposited cash in icici bank money deposit machine for more than * times in month of august ****. They have deducted charges of **** rs as penalty and tax charges for this. I dont know that as per bank rules that there will be fine for more than * deposits in icici cash deposit machine in a month. Without any intimation they have charged **** Rs as fine. So, please help me to get back the amount of **** rs to me.
