"मैं एक Rapido ड्राइवर हूँ (ड्राइवर ID: XXX, दिल्ली) और मैं Rapido की पेमेंट पॉलिसी और Ertiga कार वालों के साथ व्यवहार से परेशान हूँ। Rapido ड्राइवर्स को प्रति राइड बहुत कम पेमेंट देता है, जैसे **/**/**** को मेरी * राइड्स (ID: XXX, YYY, ZZZ, AAA) के लिए सिर्फ Rs *** मिले, जबकि कस्टमर से Rs *** चार्ज हुआ। इसके अलावा, मेरे पास Ertiga कार है, लेकिन Rapido मुझे इकोनॉमी कैब रेट्स पर राइड्स देने के लिए मजबूर करता है, जबकि मेरी गाड़ी प्रीमियम कैटेगरी की है। इससे मेंटेनेंस और ईंधन का खर्च निकालना मुश्किल हो रहा है। मैंने Rapido कस्टमर केयर (shoutout@rapido.bike) को **/**/**** को लिखा, लेकिन कोई जवाब नहीं मिला। मैं चाहता हूँ कि Rapido ड्राइवर्स के लिए उचित पेमेंट पॉलिसी बनाए, Ertiga कार वालों को प्रीमियम कैटेगरी में राइड्स दे, और पारदर्शी कमीशन स्ट्रक्चर लागू करे। मैंने पेमेंट डिटेल्स और राइड हिस्ट्री के स्क्रीनशॉट अटैच किए हैं।"
