They overcharged me for my ride which was of rupees *** but the driver said it shows in the app was rupees *** and after chatting with Agent which took a long time to connect with them they tranfer the refund of *** to the rapido wallet but not to the bank account directly. So please resolve this issue for me. From now onwards I won't be using Rapido auto ride.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
