Dunzo delivery - Price mal practice in Dunzo
Charan Kumar filed complaint against Dunzo delivery on May 29, 2021
*) Dunzo show a price at the time of placing the order.
*) The order gets delivered and invoice amount becomes higher then price quoted at the time of order placement. This is done with out customer's consent.
*) This essentially mean that they can show x price at the time of order placement, charge x+y where y doesn't have any upper limit if the seller is producing a invoice as per the customer service.
*) They cleverly charge this y amount when I come on to the platform to place next order and that to at the time of payment. Didn't understand why I wS paying this extra money the first time, reallized this after couple of instances.
