I had placed two orders with the shopping site Haute**.com, one Tory Burch sandal worth Rs. *****/- and Tory Burch handbag worth Rs. *****/- on ** November **** and ** November ****, respectively. Haute**.com had promised to deliver these products within * weeks from the purchase. It is more that ** weeks and I have yet not received this orders. No one from Haute**.com customer care department answers my call or reply to my messages. * days back one Ms. Gargi called me and assured to resolve the situation but she has also disappeared after that one call.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
