I ordered a TORY BURCH bag online on dt **/**/**** and I received defected bag so i have made a return request and they pickup very late after my so many calls n msgs. Finally they picked up the bag on da **/**/**** since then they are not giving my refund its been * months now . I am tired n tortured mentally. I mailed them so many times and call and send them messages but they are making me fool and not giving the refund
Kindly help me out to get my refund
