Order OD****************** for HAWKINS Futura Stainless Steel *.* L Induction Bottom Pressure Cooker
• This incident Looks to be a coverup by mistake done by Customer support agent, I don’t not see it as an issue with logistics guys as the same logistics are delivering other products that I ordered in Flipkart. Because I requested for a return of another product under the order# was done by the same logistic team & Flipkart customer support team.
• I ordered this product on **th May **** & they assured me an expected delivery date of **th May ****; the seller has already sent to Flipkart facility. But this was not delivered to me till date. I got an email on **th May that it will be delivered on **th May ****
• When I checked with the customer support team on **th May ****, they told me they will get back to me within **hrs, But I didn’t get any resolution. Again, I followed up on through chat on *st May ****. They again told me that they will get back with **hrs. But I didn’t get a response.
• After following up again with the customer support, I got an email on *rd June **** stating to reordered, why should I reorder when I haven’t received my money back. I have paid for this product on **th May **** already. That looks to be a lie from the customer support team because the same logistic person is delivering other products after this order till date.
• When I again followed up with customer support as I was not satisfied with the resolution provided by them, the customer support team put the blame on seller side and then the logistic person side, When I showed the evidence, he said they cannot see the screen shot, then why do they have that facility then. Again, they are asking me to reordering is not the solution again I have to pay extra and again they will take their own time. Think cooker is one the most essential element in Indian kitchen. I asked them to find a different courier service and send me the product which they are not ready to do.
• Look at the way they are addressing a customer they don’t even have time to write the customer’s name, they have to do their job properly rather using standard scripts and copy pasting the same in chats and email rather try to find the alternative resolution for their customers, this is a simple thing basis of a customer care agent.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
