I ordered a Top from Uptownie on **th Jy from their website. It's been more than ** days that the order is not yet delivered nor there is any definite date of delivery provided. I checked online on their Insta account, many other customers have also complained about non-delivery of their prepaid orders. I alrwady paid Rs *** for the Top.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
