I placed an order for groceries at Flipkart, and although it was marked as delivered, it never arrived at my house. I filed a complaint with Flipkart because it was a prepaid order for which I had paid the full amount. After ten days of inquiry, they closed my complaint without posing for my consent, and I never heard back. They also declined to take up my grievance regarding the order. I politely requested that the Flipkart representative provide accurate investigation details, such as the recipient, name, or OTP for a delivery that did not occur, but they did not answer and just apologized for cutting the call.
I still haven't received my order or refund after ** days, and Flipkart hasn't responded either.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
