On Friday the **nd September through CRED, I had made payment for Recharge for my prepaid Jio Mobile no ********** through HDFC Bank credit card for Rs ***. I had received message that the amount has been deducted. thereafter my I am not able to call from the number as it states that i have not recharge the prepaid mobile. for last * /* days I am trying to get the mail id of Dreamplug technology so that I can lodge the complain.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
