On * Dec ** i received a call by Axis Bank representative saying that i need to update my credit card limit. The fact is i never activated or use that card till date so i genuine trust that call may be it works. Then she said some numbers on my credit card and some i need to confirm. then she ask me my DOB and credit card expiry date, so i gave that ,she also told me that i never use this card till date so i receiving free gift , new year and refund of rupees *** on this card of rupees *,***.after that i got one message that my credit Card limit is exceeded . On second day i received one text message that on my credit Card account ruppes **,*** is due till ** Dec. So i notice this on ** December and immediately visit bank office file a report they blocked my card. Also i reported to cyber crime portal.
