I have not paid the premium on time and got delayed for two months. Customer executive called me regarding this and I asked them to send me the policy serials and other brochures and list of hospitals covered but they didn’t send any. This is the reason I didn’t paid the premium at that time. However I paid the premium through the link they have sent in message. When I called up customer care and enquired about status they informed me that it has lapsed. They have not refunded me the deducted amount and I have been following from sep **** through mails and still they haven’t resolved the matter
