ADITYA BIRLA HEALTH INSURANCE CO LTD - Health Insurance unfairly terminated

I am writing this complaint with a heavy heart, seeking your assistance in resolving the injustice caused towards me by Aditya Birla Health Insurance. I am a **-year-old man who is retired and do not have any active income. My situation has become very difficult due to the unfair rejection of my health claim and termination of my insurance policy by the company.

I had taken a *-year insurance policy from January **** to January ****, with the hope of securing my health and financial future. However, I was shocked and disappointed when the company terminated my insurance policy in late December ****/early January ****. To make matters worse, the company is not willing to return the money for the next * year * month, even though they are not providing their services to me during this time period.

I understand that as a company, you have policies and procedures in place, but I humbly request you to consider my case with sympathy and compassion. I am a retired person with no active income, and the money I paid for my insurance policy was a hard-earned savings. The termination of my policy has left me with no other option but to seek your assistance in getting my money back so that I can buy another insurance policy and secure my health and financial future.
