Maid agency - Prakash Home Care Services Fraud Maid agency

Hi,

I had put my query for ** hours, maid, on the online platform i.e, sullekha, quikr tec. I got a call from a person name Prakashbhai Balvantbhai Parmar ( Mobile Number:**********) that he is running a maid agency name "Prakash Home care services", Address B **, Third Floor, Ajanta Commercial Center, Vidhyapith Ashram Road, Usmanpura, Ahmedabad - ******.

This person shared all the documents of his company and said that this was registered under the government * years back. According to the agreement, he will provide a maid facility for * year for this service he will charge a *-month salary.

Finally on ** April ****, he brought one girl named Krupa Upadhyaya ( mobile number:**********). Who agreed to come from **th April on a salary of ***** rupees from *.**a.m to *.** p.m. That girl came on **th April and in the evening the Prakash came to charge ***** rupees in his friend Gpay account name Paresh ( mobile number: ********** )and promised that this girl will come every day and if anything happens do inform me. But After * days that girl stopped coming and did not receive my calls. I called Prakash, he said he will investigate and tell. But he started making excuses and said will provide another maid within * days. He brought * more maid but she worked for * day. After that, she said the Prakash is not willing her to drop at my home and for her, it is so far. Then, again I contacted him, and he said he will find a new maid. By this, * month passed but still, he did not provide any maid and kept on giving me new dates.

After this mental harassment by him, I asked him to return my full amount as he failed to provide a maid as per my requirement. Then he said, he needs some time to arrange money and will soon return. But he did not return till June mid and sent me to call messages, where he is saying about money to be returned for not providing maid.

After getting fed up with his continuous excuse, I said strongly that I will complain to the police about his deeds and fraud. He said he will return by *th July. But he did not.

Even now he is not picking up calls and replying to my message. This seems strange and a kind of fraud.

Serious action must be taken against him and the agency to avoid future fraud.
