Vi - Postpaid sim issue

Dear Team,

I have purchased an VI postpaid family plan Numbers from Shashi ********** and paid **** initially to take connections but the service is not given properly,
Since from past * week the sim cards are not working and literally am casing the VI Shashi who's gave sim to me but still the issue is not been sorted out and he is just answering it will be done today, today - every time when i call him and am not using the service from past * week and i have not idea how you guys are going to compensate this,
Requesting you to kindly look into it immediately and do the needful.

Thanks for your fantabulous service.
