Gazi Salauddin filed complaint against Vodafone on Apr 7, 2020
I have been incorrectly charged for internet usage for Rs *** and I do still have **+GB of data balance already existing.
I tried all options *** ,***,**********, even wrote to vodafone customer care and appellate but still didn't got even a single response from the vodafone end apart from auto acknowledge email.
Not even a ticket or complain number.
I only can hear hollow words in IBR that vodafone is trying it's best to support in COVID_** situation with limited team.
But to speak with my experience there is no one to recieve your request infact I spent more than hours every day for three days and I haven't got any response yet.
I hope I am sharing my grivience here atleast if there will be an ear to hear me out .
I am from Kolkata, India and would appreciate if I at least get some word of hope
