From month of August i've been charged Rs. ** for international SMS. when I contacted the Customer care they said that the numbers are not international but they are local numbers and they are on international roaming so I've been charged for it. when i checked in true caller the number mentioned in my bill are all SPAM numbers. and there are no entries in my mobile of sending sms to that numbers on any given day. I had activated call barring on for international numbers in May **** and the supervisor confirmed that i will not be able to make any calls or send sms to any international numbers. after few months they have started cheating again.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
