Arihant Jain filed complaint against Bharti Airtel Limited on Jul 8, 2025
I paid ₹**** via UPI on July *, **** at **:** AM using the Airtel Thanks App for a new broadband connection, promised to be installed the same day.
The call came from Airtel’s executive on number +** ***** *****. I received a lead number (**-************) and raised escalation (ID: ************) through their support. Despite this, Airtel has not installed the connection, nor refunded my money.
I have made multiple calls, emails, and even submitted documents to their appellate email, but they keep sending robotic responses with no real action.
This is clear harassment after payment, false commitment, and deficiency in service. Government complaint already filed (Docket No: *******).
I want Airtel to either install the connection immediately or refund the full amount of ₹**** without delay.
