We have booked a unit in WTC Chandigarh. The possession date according to agreement was **.**.****. We have given all the instalments and there are no dues pending from our side. But the company has not given possession of our unit till now. When we sent an email in June to know about the status, they reverted by saying that the possession will be given in ****. We replied again to know about the reason and asked them to pay us late interest as per clause of the agreement. But we did not receive any further reply. We also haven't received any official letter confirming the same.
Previously also the company had stopped paying us returns for *-* months and after a lot of following up and wasting our time, we were able to get the returns. Also after the first month, an official of the company also demanded money from us to waive off interest. We thought we were giving money as reduced interest amount but it was actually illegal demand.
We have faced a lot of torture and mental agony from the company and we demand immediate possession along with late interest.
