Sir/Mam,
We are customers of WTC Chandigarh. Our customer id is CHD/*****. We have paid all installments in time. But we have not received assured returns for month of December that were due to be received on *th January, ****. Please remit the assured returns as per agreement asap.

TDS has also been deposited for the amount and the certificate for the same has also been provided.

We will be grateful for the same.
