I have ordered Zuri bed from pepperfry which of Brand home centre. After ** days of waiting, i finally receive the product but while looking at the product boxes invoices attached. They are showing names address of different customer. I contacted pepperfry but they are all the time saying that they have escalated it to home centre and home centre on the other side calling me for assembly of product. I have been fed up from last * days nobody from peperfry taking serious action nor providing proper justification. I am unsure if the product delivered to me is exactly same or not as they belong to someone else.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
