The service of Myntra has been poor overall. I had ordered a product almost a month ago and is still not delivered due to which i had to face certain problems as my product didn't get delivered on time and i had to book another product in the same time period which was costly and took a lot of my time and also the customer care employees didn't talk to me properly and played me for around ** days which really increased my tension level. It was really a bad experience.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
